Policies & Deposits
Studio Deposits
Deposits are required to book your tattoo appointment and are non-refundable.

They are taken off of your total at the end of your session. For multi-session tattoos, deposits will be held and taken off the cost of the last session of the tattoo.

​​If you go over a year without booking a new appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need a new one in order to rebook.

Deposits can be rescheduled twice, as long as you give at least 1 week notice.
Travel Guest Spot Deposits
As I have to travel to wherever it is that I am guest spotting at, you cannot reschedule and keep your deposit.
Late or No Shows
​If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled as well as your deposit will be forfeited.
I reserve the right that if the appointment is not cancelled and the tattoo still gets done, that I am paid for the time you are late after those 15 minutes based on my hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
A rough sketch may be provided to map out layout, however, completed designs are not sent to clients beforehand to protect my intellectual property of the artwork. There will be time to make minor changes during the appointment if needed.
Design Changes
If you change your mind on what you’d like in the design with less than 1 week before your appointment, your deposit will no longer be valid as I will have spent time designing something you no longer want. This includes making changes to a tattoo we have already started.

To ensure a smooth experience, clear communication about your design is essential. If I’m unable to proceed with your tattoo because your instructions weren’t clear enough for necessary adjustments to be made on the spot, your deposit will be forfeited. This is because the scheduled time was reserved for your session, and time was spent on designing. If you'd like to rebook, a new deposit will be required. I appreciate your understanding and encourage open communication to ensure we create something you love!
Touchups
​Touchups are free, as long as the reason for needing the touchups is not because you did something to damage the tattoo (example: sun damage, infection, and so on, in which case the touchup is not free). Since the touchups are free, if you do something that would usually cause for a deposit to be forfeited, there will then be a cost for the touchup. Touchups are only offered for free for a year after the project is completed, after that you will be charged a reduced hourly rate.
